Check out this opening for a full-time residential technician to work daytime hours Sunday through Thursday at our Bloomington, IL location. Responsibilities Work with supervisory and other staff to maintain the general safety of clients staying in our residential treatment units. Ensure that the unit is kept clean and that food safety standards are followed. Help clients with daily activities, supervising recreation and leisure activities. Attend meetings and client staffings. Help develop programs. Maintain computer records (attendance, services provided, and progress notes). Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with an electronic medical record.
