The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, supporting the Account Executive with new business and renewals, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their insurance and risk management needs Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Analyze clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored risk management strategies Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients Prepare and present proposals, reports, and other client-facing documents Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the renewal process for existing ones Contribute to the company's growth by participating in business development initiatives Qualifications: 4 years of experience in insurance brokerage or risk management Strong understanding of various insurance products and risk management concepts Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance-related software Active insurance license(s) preferred Interested in hearing more?
