About the Job: Full Time The New Grad RN is a recent ADN or BSN graduate who has not yet taken the NCLEX, but will work as an RN under a temporary license while awaiting to take the NCLEX. The New Grad RN will work alongside fully licensed RNs to assess patient’s needs, formulate a plan of care and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders according to standards, policy and procedure.
