Description
Looking for part-time front desk agent for 4 shifts per week. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-9:00pm and Sunday 6:30 am- 12pm. May have additional shifts when other team members are on vacation but not frequently. Customer service is our biggest priority, ideal candidates enjoy working with the public and helping guests to have a wonderful stay. The front desk handles all lodging and restaurant reservations, guest communications and retail sales. At times, there is heavy multi-tasking required between answering phones and interacting with in-person guests. Must have strong computer skills to be able to work in our reservation system, text message system and respond to emails. This position requires weekends and some holidays. We also offer a new hire sign on bonus. * Sign on bonus will be paid incrementally in the following amounts based on satisfactory attendance record and length of time in position* $200 after 30 days, an additional $300 after 90 days and an additional $500 after 180 days.
