Responsibilities
- Respond to high volume inbound telephone inquiries from potential patients of the dental practices we support
- Schedule and confirm new patient appointments
- Compassionately handle questions/concerns as helping consumers is our #1 goal
- Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set
- Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team
Minimum Education & Experience - High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Retail, sales, food service, marketing, or Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
- Passion for helping others
