I'm looking for a Billing Technician for my client located Downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 2-3 days remote.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for work in progress
- Verify accuracy of invoice information
- Process invoice cancellations, credit notes and time entry corrections
- Solve billing-related problems
- Process write-off requests
- Upload and follow-up on all electronic invoicing
Your profile:
- DEC in administrative techniques or accounting or other related training
- 2 years of experience in billing, ideally in a professional services firm or large corporation
- Knowledge of Maitre or Elite software and electronic invoicing (an asset)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French
