Join our in-house therapy team Our facility in Lebanon is 79 beds conveniently located off I-71 or I-75 and is easily accessible from both the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. \\Responsibilities:\\ - Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques. - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. \\Qualifications:\\ - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. - Proficiency in medical terminology and patient service best practices. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.HRP2 Pay: From $50.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Medical Specialty: Geriatrics Schedule: Choose your own hours License/Certification: Occupational Therapy License (Required) Ability to Commute: Fairfield, OH 45014 (Required) Work Location: In person %{{advertiserId}}% %%{{category}}%%
