    Job Details
  • 8 Week Holiday Incentive - Piedmont is offering a holiday incentive rate for travelers willing to start on posted start date for an 8 week assignment - 36 or 48hrs options.
  • To qualify, travelers must have no RTO and must be willing to work Christmas Eve (12/24), Christmas Day (12/25), New Year's Eve (12/31), and New Year’s Day (1/1) - they might not be scheduled all holidays but they must be available to work if needed.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Oncology diagnoses from diagnosis to death, Hematology diagnoses, DNR/CC, Oncologic emergencies, Occasional off service; chemo precautions, morphine drips, dilaudid drips, cadd pumps, pca pumps
  • Ratio / Census: 1:6; 19 Beds with average daily census of 15
  • Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Floating: Yes, within facility and possibly at Piedmont Augusta Summerville (3 miles from main campus)
  • Call Requirements: None

  • Certifications Required: BLS Required (OCN – Preferred)

  • No RTO
  • Must be available to work holidays if needed.
    Unit Specific Information
  • 19 Beds with average daily census of 15
  • Possible floating within facility and to Piedmont Augusta Summerville

  • Photo ID Required
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Please reference UD to determine if this is required for this specialty)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required for RN’s in following specialties: PACU/Pre-op/Endo/CSU (if these areas accept pediatric patients), ER)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (Please reference UD to determine if this is required for this specialty)

  • Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements
