Job Description:

Currently, we’re hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school located in Archbald, Pennsylvania.Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

• $51.50-$55.50 an hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Start immediately and be an itinerant position in the Susquehanna County area.
• The SLP will see a caseload of students who attend Early Childcare Centers.
• The SLP will travel from location to location following a schedule, write and hold IEPs that will be due and complete billing and progress monitoring.
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Pennsylvania SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• School Experience is Preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification
