As a Production Planning Specialist, you will be part of the scheduling team supporting the maintenance and repair of various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong time management, organizational skills, and experience in the maintenance/construction industry, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production Planning SpecialistLocation: Miami, FLPay Range: $30-$34/hrWhat's the Job? Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and afterhours calls and emails. Create work orders for all service requests, PM's, routine repairs and corrective action work. Schedule and dispatch contractors and team members. Forecast workload for 30 days out. Contact customers with a "Parts Pending and/or Scheduling Access Pending" status as for scheduling repairs and meeting contract requirements.What's Needed? Minimum associate's degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production related field, Bachelor's degree preferred. Facility Service contracting experience. Construction/Manufacturing Scheduling experience. Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience. Experience in various Facilities/Construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and Commercial Facilities Management.What's in it for me?
