What This Position Is All About:
The DVP for Personalization will be responsible for the strategy and execution of personalized customer omni channel experiences at Saks OFF 5TH. They will own the vision and drive cohesion for customer experience across all touchpoints. They will oversee CRM, Email, SMS, and Push customer engagement channels. They will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap and vision for the evolution of the customer experience. Must understand how marketing technology is evolving to improve customer experiences.

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience. You have a demonstrated track record of working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and retail and delivering customer experiences that drive real business value.

As DVP, Personalization, you will: Job Responsibilities
- In partnership with the VP, Personalization, own the vision and design of personalization for all customers of Saks OFF 5TH. Set the strategy and milestone to achieve it.
- Run a monthly steering committee with cross functional partners to inform on progress, including tech, merchandising, finance, planning
- Manage broad set of vendor partners, including ESP, CPD, Recommendation Engines, etc. and stay ahead of the trends with emerging technology
- Understand and advise on market trends, meet with new vendors to learn about emerging technologies and capabilities and advise on roadmap and strategy for SO5
- Oversee Customer Engagement Team responsible for delivering all email, push, and sms messages to customers
- Oversee CRM Analytics function to enable all personalization efforts across the org
- Own the vision for customer orchestration and customer journey capabilities
- Partner with loyalty to leverage the OFF 5TH Rewards program to optimize personalized experiences
- Partner with Product to oversee on site personalization operational roadmap and drive cohesion with customer engagement channel roadmaps
- Partner with Analytics & Data Science to evolve our descriptive and predictive modeling capabilities to optimize personalization
- Drive improvement in process efficiency to ensure team operates nimbly to respond to customer data and trends and needs of the business
- Lead, nurture, and develop team to be data driven, champions of customer experience
