We are currently looking for new team members- • Position: Electrical Superintendent • Location: Irving, TX, US Responsibilities: • Supervising, organizing, and managing all electrical crew members on-site. • Collaborating with the designated project manager. • Reporting directly to the General Superintendent. • Coordinating and supervising all activities related to electrical work on the project. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and assign project tasks to electrical crew members in Irving, TX to ensure smooth project workflow • Assess construction methods, labor requirements, material quantities, and equipment needs for projects • Supervise and evaluate crew members' performance to ensure adherence to project guidelines and safety protocols • Inform senior management of any potential issues and contribute to their resolution • Maintain communication with the project team, engineering, and supply chain to ensure work meets specifications and schedule • Assist in providing project progress reports to the Project Manager and other relevant departments • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to issue purchase orders for commodities, equipment, and subcontractors • Oversee all electrical project functions, including resource planning, scheduling, safety enforcement, and timesheet management • While performing essential functions of the Superintendent will: • Bend and twist body • Repeat the same movements • Stand for long periods of time • Crouch/ crawl • Climb ladders, Scaffolds or poles • Lift up to 50 pounds • Ensure all project tasks are completed according to specifications, schedule, and safety standards Qualifications: • To qualify for the role of Electrical Superintendent in Irving, TX, US, a State of Texas Journeyman license is required • A valid state-issued driver’s license is a must • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is necessary • An acceptable motor vehicle record is required • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience • Previous supervisory experience is a prerequisite • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and calculations is essential • Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred • Knowledge of Bluebeam is advantageous • The ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings is required • Proficiency in utilizing MS Office products is vital • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills are necessary • Integrity and honesty are valued traits for this role • Effective communication with senior management is essential • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers is crucial • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are a must • Efficiently managing multiple priorities with accuracy is required • Attention to detail is a key attribute • Proficiency in manpower time management is necessary • A proactive approach to process improvement is valued • Customer empathy and problem-solving skills are essential qualities for this role • Physical requirements include clear speaking and listening ability, fine visual acuity, and the capability to lift up to 50 pounds • Exposure to various environmental conditions and working at heights may be necessary for this position Compensation: $38 - $45 hourly
