Drive and operate trucks.

Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.

Pre-inspect truck.

Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.

Load and unload cargo.

Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.

Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

All drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
n-
Drivers will average of 2-4 loads and 950-1200 miles per week.

**** You must have a safe authorized place to park the truck if you live more than 50 miles away from Ridgefield, WA.

**** Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – Up to 3% of Mileage Pay

Delivery Locations:
n
n- Lane begins in Ridgefield, WA running regional through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana.
n
n
Schedule:
n
n- Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly.
n- Day off varies, typically includes a Saturday or Sunday.
n- This lane has both day and night shifts, with no set shift.
n- During holidays time off could be less and during lower store delivery periods there could be additional time off.
n
n
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
n
n- Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
n- Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
n- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day
n- Able to pass random drug tests
n- No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever
n- No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime
n- No DUI's within the past 5 years
n- Listening and verbal communication skills
n- Dependability

Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
n
n- High school diploma or equivalent
n- CDL – Class A
n- Certificate from an accredited CDL school
n- 21 years or older
n- At least three months of OTR experience
n- must live within 100 miles of Ridgefield, WA
