We take pride in our dedicated team, and we're looking for a Class A CDL Driver to join us in our mission to efficiently handle and distribute goods to our customers.
The ideal candidate should have a valid CDL Class A license, a strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. Forklift experience is required.
Available Shift: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, starting at 5:30pm and Thursday starting at 9:00pm. End times may vary. Payrate: 200.00/night. **RETURN HOME DAILY! ** CDL Class A Driver: - Two Years' Line Haul Driver CDL- Class A experience is required!
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License): To be CDL driver, you'll need a valid CDL Class A license and must be able to safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Responsibilities: CDL A drivers are responsible for transporting goods or materials from one location to another. This could involve making deliveries to customers, transferring inventory between warehouses, or hauling goods to distribution centers.
- Skills: You should have a good driving record, strong navigation skills, and the ability to operate a range of commercial vehicles safely. Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations is also important.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Must have 2 years' previous tractor trailer driving experience.
- Must have the ability to read, write and understand English, and perform simple mathematical calculations with mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, maintain logs, etc.
- Must have the ability to properly operate a handheld device when required.
- Must have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
- Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance, and extended periods of time.
- Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Department of Transportation.
- Must have previous forklift experience.
