Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Southern Air Monroe is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Technicians are paid hourly plus bonus. Our technician's are makig an average annual pay of $90,000 to $150,000

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Monroe, LA Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
What YOU will do:

• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Run service calls - repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement
• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

Qualifications
What You're Requirements are:

• 1 Year Relative Experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Has obtained a Class E License or can obtain within probationary period
• EPA Certification/ Trade School Certification (preferred)
• Flexible availability
• Written and verbal communication skills
