Machine Adjusters at ACR play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency. Their responsibilitiestypically include setup, adjustment, repairs, monitoring and maintenance. Overall, their expertise helps ensure that production runs seamlessly and meets quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (requirements)

• A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Will need to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
• Will train but prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT (responsibilities)

• Working closely with the production team to meet production and quality goals
• Ability to understand the functions of the machine, correlator, and presses
• Adjusting the machine periodically for quality control
• Understands and can lock out and tag out a machine when required
• Verify machines are working correctly through daily inspections
• Managing quality by checking the operators work, quality of bags, and checking labels for correctness
• Other duties as assigned

Applicants must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Hearing protection and steel toed shoes are required. Safety, hygiene and cleanliness is strictly enforced. Applicants must be able to engage in periods of long standing and walking, and perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Compensation Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
