Nate certification and State certification is a plus.nnCompletion of an accredited HVAC program preferrednn2 - 3 years of residential HVAC experience with strong focus on customer service preferrednnHigh school diploma or GED preferrednnYou must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.nnDemonstrate knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, maintenance, repair of systems, and equipment.nnAbility to pass a drug test, physical, motor vehicle record check, and background check.nnValid driver’s license.nnAuthorized to work in the United States.nnPassion for helping others.
