What you'll do:

n- Perform facility maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering, HVAC, building electrical fixtures, switches and power sources
n- Follow all safety rules and practices
n- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
n- Performs other duties as assigned
