Maintenance Technician is responsible for participating in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.nResponsibilities:nInstall, repair and maintain all equipment and facilities.nAnalyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.nExamine and test equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime.nRecord operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records.nFacilitate equipment moves on the shop floor.nGive advice on technical specifications of new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities, making sure manufacturing, maintainability and Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met.nSet up requisitions for supplies, equipment and facilities.nParticipate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime.nKeep most recent documentation related to maintenance.nReview Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement; propose and implement continuous productivity, process and quality improvement actions for all facilities.nRequired Qualifications:nMinimum Years of Experience with Maintenance / Engineering.n1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.nMust be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.nAbility to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic prints.nAbility to troubleshoot electrical issues 24v dc, 120v, 240v, and 3 phase electronic circuits.nExperience operating basic shop tools.nJourneyman Electrical LicensenWelding experience.nPLC troubleshooting and programming skills.nExcellent Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic circuit troubleshootingnPreferred Qualifications:nJourneyman Electrical License.nWelding experience.nPLC troubleshooting and programming skills.nExcellent Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic circuit troubleshooting.nEqual Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
