( shift - 6:64am - 7pm working a 2-2-3 Schedule with every other weekend offnnDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nnInstalls, maintains and repairs production machinery, auxiliary equipment, packagingequipment/automation and attends to building maintenance.nnInstalls power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and plantsystems such as molding machines, auxiliary equipment, etc.nnTroubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems.nnMakes repairs and tests equipment for operation.nnOrders parts/equipment for projects.nnOperates cutting torch, or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.nnInstalls programs or repairs electrical apparatus and installs new or repaired parts.nnPerforms preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.nnRepairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment.nnEnters and follows up on work orders PEM systemnnResponsible for the safety of yourself, your co-workers, and the environment.nnIdentify and report safety concerns through near misses and observations.nnAlways strive for zero waste, zero litter, and involvement in the recycling program.nnBe actively engaged in safety and quality programs.nnStaff are informed and held accountable for their food safety and regulatory responsibilities;nnStaff are positively encouraged and required to notify management of actual or potential food safety issues; andnnStaff are empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work.nnQualificationsnnEDUCATIONAL, SKILL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:nnHigh School Diploma or GED requirednnPrevious work experience in a manufacturing environment maintaining automated equipment preferrednnPrevious experience working with and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems requirednnAbility to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams for troubleshooting.nnAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems effectivelynnAbility to read and comprehend written and verbal instruction.nnAbility to effectively receive information and present information in one-on-one group situations to employees or a group of employees of the organization.nnAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.nnAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.nnStanding, bending, stooping, and twisting are required.nnAbility to climb on and off a forklift safely and without assistance.nnAbility to safely operate a forklift in high traffic, low clearance areas while not posing a safety risk to others.
