Uses several trade skills such as mechanical maintenance, welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.nnWhat you’ll donnPerforms assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completely document progress.nnMaintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.nnPerforms light systems maintenance patch and paint, welding, occasional furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed. (Other tasks as assigned)nnInspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.nnAssists with fixing and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.nnReviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks. Applies CMMS to document work order progress and supervise completion.nnWhat you’ll neednnTo perform this job efficiently, an individual will need to perform each assigned duty satisfactorily.
