For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn or Twitter.nnResponsibilitiesnnInterfaces daily with Maintenance Manager to plan and implement work priorities.nnAttends and participates in daily pre-shift safety meetings.nnPerforms as the key maintenance resource to the production shift assigned, providing accurate and timely responses to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.nnSafely performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing of all facility production equipment, support equipment and structures.nnUses the company CMMS to schedule, track and log the details of all work issued from the work order system.nnUtilizes the JDE system / scanner to properly sign parts out of the parts room.nnUtilizes the correct PPE as required for the job at hand, and properly uses Lockout / Tagout and other safety systems as required by the company.nnCompletes all assigned work in a timely and professional manner, with accuracy and to established standards.nnWorks directly with vendors and contractors as needed to resolve maintenance related issues within the facility or on the equipment.nnTrains other technicians as needed in tasks where they have high levels of expertise.nnOrders parts and materials as needed to support PM’s, projects, etc.nnCompletes all required paperwork, filing and purging as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.nnQualificationsnnMinimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience,including a working knowledge of electrical systems (advanced electrical knowledge is highly desired), along with developed mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics skillsets. Experience with hand and power tools a must. Knowledge in machinery used in flexographic printing and blown film manufacturing highly desired.nnAble to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-technical team members in a clear manner.nnStrong problem identification and problem resolution skills.nnAble to apply right mathematical methods and formulas to problem solving.nnAble to create alternative solutions to problems.nnHigh level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning.nnStrong personal and communication skills.
