Responsibilities: • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • You will be working at your own desk with your own computer and phone • Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments • You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required • This will be an in-person position at our office in Beachwood NJ Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Previous CSR skills are a plus! • Service Titan familiarity is a plus! • Basic phone skills required • Basic computer skills required Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
