This position is ideal for the driver who does not want to travel. We build pools year-round. This is NOT a seasonal position. Aqua Blue Pools has been in business for over 33 years and is one of the most established construction businesses in the Lowcountry. Wages commensurate with experience. Range is $20-$24 per hour. Candidate must have experience with:nnDriving a Dump TrucknnLoad equipmentnnHeavy Equipment OperationsnnRun BobcatsnnRun Mini ExcavatorsnnAdditional responsibilities and requirements will include:nnLoad and transport pool construction equipment from the Aqua Blue Pools Hollywood, SC location to pool construction job sites in the Charleston, SC and Bluffton, SC metro areas. No overnight.nnInspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.nnPlan routes and meet delivery schedules.nnManeuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.nnCollect and verify instructions for each construction project.nnReport defects, accidents, or violations.nnSouth Carolina Driver's LicensennClean Driving RecordnnMust be at least 21 years of age to applynnCleaning up job sites, load construction debris with skid steernnRequirements:nnDrive dump truck, load equipment, run bobcats, run mini excavatorsnnKnowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.nnNo recent moving or driving violations.nnWilling to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations, trucking school diploma, and valid truck driving license.
