In 2023, Continental generated sales of €41.4 billion and currently employs around 200,000 people in 56 countries and markets.nnAre you ready to shape the future with us?nnTHE POSITIONnnEnsure manufacturing equipment is producing product in accordance to approved standards and maintain all production and support equipment to assure high efficiency and zero defects.nnCORE RESPONSIBILITIESnnProperly maintain high speed automation equipment, tooling and associated machinery to designed standards.nnMeet or exceed production standards and reduce product reject rates.nnWork with Engineering to continuously improve Quality, Cycle Times, and Process Performance.nnMonitor measurement systems, SPC or other performance indicators and proactively respond to negative trendsnnReview product FMEA’s and Control Plans.nnSkilled multi-craft technician capable of repairing electro-mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic devices.nnUse basic hand tools as well as micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, and other test equipment.nnTroubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic circuits and analyze documentation in assigned area of responsibility.nnPerform basic PLC programming skills for troubleshooting equipment and associated processes.nnCapable of product evaluation, process or equipment troubles. Facilitate repairs or adjustments to improve the performance of the line and comply with quality standards.nn2nd shift - M-F 3 pm to 11 pmnnBASIC QUALIFICATIONSnnAAS Degree, or within 12 months of obtaining ORnnA minimum of 2 years relevant maintenance or repair experience.nnLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
