The Crystal Springs Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all reports generated from all operations while performing duties as a Front Desk Agent.
This consists of, but is not limited to:
- Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
- Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
- Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
- Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area
Qualifications: - Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
