The primary objectives for the Sanitation position are:
1. Cleans stations, equipment, walls, floors, refrigerators, and storage areas in a sanitary manner following department policies and procedures.
2. Utilizes approved cleaning agents in a safe and sanitary manner.
3. Conducts preventative cleaning tasks for drains, weekly pest control services, and quarterly health inspections.
4. Responsible for dishes, general cleaning, and sanitation of dishroom, and cafeteria. Assist with general duties throughout kitchen.
5. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift weights averaging 30lbs. May lift weights up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment is preferred. Prior sanitationcleaning experience preferred must be able to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
