Here are a few specifics of what you’ll need for the job:nnAn Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience.nnRelevant experience includes previous work in a behavioral health setting or customer service role.nn-or-nnHigh School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.nnRelevant experience includes previous work in a behavioral health setting or customer service role.nnA clean, valid, NYS driver’s license, and three years of driving experience as a licensed driver.nnDriving is about 10% of this role's job duties.nnLocation:nnHorizon Village Campus in Sanborn, NY is composed of four residential buildings: Aurora Village, Delta Village, Freedom Village, and Horizon Village, along with our innovative Wellness Center. Our intensive residential treatment facilities are dedicated to the total care of adults with substance use disorders.nnHours:nnThis position is Friday - Monday 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please note that this is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence until December 2024. There is potential to move into a permanent position based on operational needs and openings at that time.nnCompensation:nnHorizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $18.10 - $19.10. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. You’ll earn an additional 25% shift differential for any work hours that fall between the hours of 7pm-7am.
