What you will experience in this position: As an HVAC Technician at nVent you will be part of an exceptionally skilled team dedicated to delivering critical maintenance solutions in our world-class Anoka facility. In this role, you will: Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on numerous systems to ensure efficient performance and safety. Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet strict operational standards. Collaborate with contractors and teams to ensure effective resolution. Investigate and apply techniques to troubleshoot and identify the underlying cause of system failures. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to build a secure working environment. You have: Training or academic background in HVAC or a related field. A Special Boiler License and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification must be active or obtained within 6 months. Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and diagnostics, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying temperatures.
