Key Duties and Responsibilities:nRepair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.nPerform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment.nDetermine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.nFollow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.nRepair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.nPrepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using EAM.nWork in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).nBe actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.nOther duties as assigned.nWork Experience:n2-5 years of relevant work experiencenHydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting desirednElectrical troubleshooting desirednEqual Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
