  • Drivers will leave tractor at the yard in Harrisburg for time off.

  • Average annual W2 $68,000 - $70,000. Average gross weekly pay of $1300

  • Rail detention pay is $17 per hour.

  • If detained at the customer after 2 1/2 hours it goes from $17 to $25.50 per hour

  • Ramp specific Training After Orientation: It's a minimum of three (3) days out on the truck with a trainer, and an additional day in the office for administrative work. All that time is paid hourly at $17.00 per hour. Total of four (4) days to complete our on-site orientation. Training starts the day after C of Q is signed. Drivers are not allowed to drive the truck on their own until after one of the trainers has given the okay

    • Hazmat is not required at time of hire, but drivers will be expected to obtain the endorsement within 60 days of hire.

    • We will now reimburse the Threat Assessment & Finger Print expenses for obtaining the HAZMAT endorsement. We will reimburse the $60.00 HAZMAT requirement (specific) expenses moving forward. To be reimbursed, we will need a receipt for each section paid; final reimbursement will be made once the endorsement is on your physical CDL. All reimbursements are non-taxed. $35.75 Threat Assessment + $24.25 Fingerprinting = $60.00 All In
