We’re looking for a Driver Crew Leader. Can you picture yourself here?nnHere’s what you’d do:nnThe Driver Crew Leader executes site level tasks on BrightView’s client sites. This position directs the work of 2-5 other employees and ensures assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and BrightView’s clients. The Driver Crew Leader oversees crews working in varying service lines including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.nnYou’d be responsible for:nnPrepare Landscape Trucks for the day including:nnLoad gas cans, mowers, and other equipment onto trucks/trailersnnSecure all equipment onto trucks/trailersnnSafely operate vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws.nnMaintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are metnnSurface customer problems or concerns and report back to Production ManagernnAssist in resolving issues with customer service when needednnEnsure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policiesnnCommunicate regularly with Production Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceedednnDeliver services as specified on client sitesnnWork to identify more efficient ways to perform worknnCoordinate service execution with Production ManagernnOversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team membersnnProvide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s)nnWork with Production Manager, helping to develop and train crew membersnnEnsure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working ordernnParticipate in branch meetings as directednnAccurately capture and turn in crew time logsnnLog equipment usage and maintenance cyclesnnPerform maintenance on equipment:nnUnload equipment from BrightView trucks/trailernnWash equipment and trucknnChange equipment blades and oil.nnClean air filters.nnGrease machinesnnConduct EDVIR on assigned vehicles.nnYou might be a good fit if you have:nnValid Driver’s LicensennMust be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.nnBrightView Equipment certificationsnnExperience in a landscape-related fieldnnDemonstrated leadership among the team and with peersnnHere’s what to know about working here:nnHere at BrightView, we’re as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
