True Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment in the Westminster, CO area. Our HVAC technicians work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM , with rotating on-call duties after hours . We pay our Residential HVAC Service Technicians a competitive wage of $20-$43 per hour , depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
• High school diploma OR equivalent
• NATE certification
• Willingness to continue your education in the heating and cooling field
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
• Familiarity with industry software and equipment
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Understanding of the advanced principles of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
