- Visual inspection of holes and taps, small instruments, micrometer, vernier
- Understanding of Assembly issues
- Working with suppliers for improvements
- Understanding of machining and painting and coating measurements, thickness
- Suppliers visit for improvements
- Understanding of machining drawings and GD&T
