What you'll do:
-Remove/install HVAC parts and products
-Set sales leads
-Up sale HVAC accessories
-Diagnose HVAC systems
-Build accurate repair quotes
-Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
-Perform routine maintenance
-Train junior team members
-Communicate with clients and customers
-Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
-Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs
-Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a regular basis, climb ladders, work outdoors, crawl in small spaces

-Must have 5+ years service experience
