American Electrician and Heating, a local company operating for over 30 years in the community, is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing business where everyone on the team is valued. Those filling this role will take care of our residential and commercial customers by removing old equipment and installing new, sold by our team. You must be able to work independently and with others as needed, while being a positive member of the whole team.

Requirements
- HVAC Install experience (3+ years)
- EPA 608 Certified
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Neat, clean and organized
- Great work ethic
Salary Description
$70,000-$100,000 Piece Rate Structure
