Job Description
Essential Functions:
  • Assess all maintenance assignments to effectively handle each request and implement preventative measures according to current IMMI standards and safety policies.
  • Perform daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Maintain a "Safety First" approach in all Building & Grounds (B&G) functions, ensuring all safety regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Support IMMI production teams by managing air, electrical, data drops, and equipment moves to accommodate changes or enhancements in production layout.
  • Provide repairs and maintenance for plumbing, electrical, lighting, limited HVAC systems, and facility structures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on all Building & Grounds activities, including maintenance logs, repairs, and safety checks.
  • Participate in all necessary safety, security, environmental, quality, OSHA, and job procedure training and certifications.
  • Work collaboratively as a "Team Player" within the Building & Grounds department and with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills when working with other team members, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Actively work towards achieving personal and IMMI organizational goals and objectives.
  • Occasionally perform work from elevated platforms such as ladders and scissor lifts in a safe and secure manner.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous electrical, mechanical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and pneumatic knowledge accompanied by the appropriate training, certifications, or knowledge base
  • Active driver's license
  • Acquire proper OSHA training certificates
  • Ability to operate appropriate software to complete maintenance tasks
  • Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
