We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Employment Law Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing employment-related claims and advising on employment law issues. This role is instrumental in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in employment law, and must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Employment Law Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Representing the company in various employment law cases including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
2. Providing legal advice and guidance on employment law issues like contracts, employee relations, and workforce restructuring.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and court decisions related to employment law.
5. Representing the company before administrative agencies, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Employment Law Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New York Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, preferably with a focus on employment defense.
4. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
