We are looking for a Project Manager for our Pittsburgh office with experience in commercial projects for our small projects division. Experience should be on projects valued from $100K - $10 million in both new construction and renovations. Job Details

• 5+ years of experience
• Well versed in Procore or other project management software
• Experience with interpretation of drawings, scope narratives and civil/geotechnical reports
• Working knowledge of RFI's, Submittals and other construction documents
• Negotiate with Contractors and Suppliers
• Experience in commercial retail construction
• Estimating experience is a plus!
