Job Description
Title: Property Manager/Inspector
Location: Dallas, TX 75212
Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Job Duties:
  • Conduct virtual inspections under the supervision of HQS Manager using Facetime and Goodge Dou
  • Maintaining inspection records, associated filing systems and enter data into agencies data base
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties.
  • Operating personal computer utilizing a variety of business software such as Word, and Excel.
  • Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Skill in interacting with people of different social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds
