Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our client's brand, engaging with customers at promotional kiosks, events, and within retail stores across Dallas. Your primary responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at promotional kiosks, displays and events within retail stores, shopping malls and retail environments with heavy footfall.
• Offer exceptional customer service by providing product insights and recommendations.
  Demonstrate product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Off the most relevant discounts, offers and promotions that best suit the customer, upselling where possible.
• Complete the sales process and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized promotional area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and special offers.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional time management abilities for effective task prioritization.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to acquire technical sales knowledge to offer accurate product insights.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
