Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills looking for a great opportunity? Join our client's growing team as a 2nd Shift Call Center Agent ! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support during the evening shift, assisting callers with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
This would be working 100% onsite, in Schaumburg, IL. The schedule would be from 3pm-9pm.
2 nd Shift Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and offering solutions
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as needed
- Stay up to date with product and service knowledge
- Meet or exceed call handling and quality standards
2 nd Shift Call Center Agent Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Availability to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends if needed
