- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and empathize with customers
- Effectively handle customer queries
- Provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office software
