Responsible to the Clinic Management team.
Nature and Scope
Call patients into rooms for examinations: Do weights, blood pressures, and temperatures including pulse, and respiration when needed. Review the patient's chart. Record and obtain patient's symptoms, make observations, listen, answer questions, and reassure. Obtain past medical history and family history as appropriate. Obtain or review medications the patient is currently taking and medication the patient is allergic to. Record all of the above information in the patient's chart and sign.
Assist medical providers with examinations as necessary. Help providers with procedures as needed.
Transcribe charts for providers. Must have medical terminology and be able to type 40 wpm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Keep current BLS-C card.
- Efficient in medical terminology
- Type 40 wpm
