Role Mission: As a Quality Control Inspector working for Rhodes Enterprises, you will perform all construction audits and final internal deliveries of completed Esperanza Homes. You are part of the Property & Customer Care team and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.
Measured Performance Goals: - QC audits completed above 85%
- % Customer Satisfaction
- QC final scored against the customer final walk over 95%
Accountabilities: - Follow Construction Audit checklists and form to verify the homes are being built to plan and Esperanza Homes quality.
- Follow the home schedules for when the construction audits need to be completed
- File completed audit documents to the homes digital lot file in Drop Box and send a copy to the superintendent and the project manager over that specific home.
- Push construction manager to return audit with action items checked off as complete.
- Follow the Final QC form while accurately scoring the home to verify the homes are being built to plan and Esperanza Homes quality.
- File completed Final QC documents to the homes digital lot file in Drop Box and send a copy to the construction manager and the project manager over that specific home.
- Perform QC re-walks once the construction manager has completed items from Final QC to verify home is ready for the customer introduction.
- Follow the home schedules for when the Final QC inspections and Final QC re-walks need to be completed by.
- Input dates and scores for homes in Esperanza Homes Building software
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills: High School Graduate and have a minimum of 3 years of current or recent experience in a customer service-related position with 1-2 years' experience in residential construction is preferred
