We are looking for a CNC Saw/Deburr/Thermoform Operator to join our Greenwood, IN location on a 1st shift schedule. You will deburr machined parts and surfaces using various tools and instruments prior to finishing operations.
What You'll Do:

  • Examine and feel surface of work-piece for defects
  • Select various tools and instruments to remove burrs from crevices, holes, channels, etc.
  • Label received material with correct part and lot numbers and store on rack in a safe manner using forklift
  • Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine material requirements and dimensions
  • Prepare saw for the correct material by determining the correct blade and setting required for the selected material
  • Cut material to the determined size

What You'll Need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be formed
  • Ability to walk and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
