Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.nnWe have a strong in-house group of field technicians that services top U.S. corporations and are supported by top notch managers in our offices.nnWe are always looking for talented people driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning.nnCURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANnnJob Responsibilities & RequirementsnnHVAC Service Tech for company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts.nn• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfactionnn• Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.nn• Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location.nn• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers.nn• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.nn• Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanlinessnn• Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance servicenn• Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear.
