Lead HVAC Installer (Full-Time/Hourly):

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
n
Builds positive relationships with General Contractors and Team
n
Prior experience leading teams on multi-family projects
n
Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs
n
Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC on multi-family projects/custom homes
n
Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
n
Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
n
Follows all GUNTHERS' Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
n
Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS' Core Values and Mission
n
Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
n
Lead HVAC Installer Qualifications:
n
4+ year in residential/multi-family HVAC installs
n
EPA and RMGA certification required
n
High School Diploma, or GED
n
Exceptional leadership skills
n
Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
n
Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
n
Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
n
