Responsibilities
n
n - Troubleshoot control system and complete repairs
n - Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions, utilizing extensive knowledge of various electronic or digital control systems
n - Create flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of materials, network layouts, and electrical schematics
n - Propose field retrofits, upgrades, and enhancements to existing equipment
n - Write modifications in multiple languages of systems software
n - Load and commission system and network-level controllers
n - Validate complete system functionality and troubleshoot issues with subcontractors and other trades
n - Consult with customers through data analysis and site assessments
n - Assist sales by offering technical recommendations for leads
n - Document field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections
n - Train customers in control system operations

Qualifications
n
n - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in comfort building automation
n - Experience installing and servicing control systems on HVAC equipment
n - Effective communication skills
n - Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
n - Effective writing skills as well as understanding of programs and software applications
n - Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems
n - Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
