Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for hospital facilities
• Lead safety meetings and oversee compliance as the safety officer
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Promote and maintain an inclusive work culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of healthcare maintenance experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in facility operations
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare engineering
• Preferred: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
• Valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts
